In CS Plastic we have internal capacity to produce molds for plastic injection.

Our engineering staff ensures adequate support throughout the process, following with great care the mold construction, from design to manufacturing. Our customers are regularly informed of the progress of the work being done by receiving reports.

The bases of our mold designs are the rheological studies, with the fill analysis and cooling optimization, ensuring an efficient process and the fulfillment of customer requirements.

We have extensive experience in adaptation of transferred molds, which is a guarantee that in a short time the molds are validated and enter in serial production.
